The name Orto comes from the Italian meaning, describing a small garden where fresh herbs and vegetables are grown to nourish the home.

Josh is a Mildura-based cook of Italian descent, with more than 15 years in professional kitchens.
His plates have been recognised with awards, and his cooking returns again and again to the region's growers and the food he grew up with.
