Who we are
Orto Co, 29 Langtree Ave, Mildura VIC 3500, operates this website and the reservation service. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you request a table, send an enquiry or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the date, time and party size you ask for, and any notes you choose to share, such as dietary requirements, allergies or a special occasion.
How we use it
We use your details only to manage your reservation or reply to your enquiry: to confirm or decline a request, contact you about changes, and prepare for your visit. We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell or rent your information.
Dietary and allergy notes
Allergy and dietary information is shared only with the staff preparing and serving your meal, so that we can look after you safely.
Storage and security
Your information is stored securely with access limited to Orto Co staff who need it. We keep reservation records only as long as reasonably needed to run the restaurant and meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
Third parties
We use trusted service providers to host this website and store reservation records. They may only use your information to provide that service to us. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Contact us by phone or through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are concerned about how we have handled your information, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
